THE hip place to eat in Palma is Simply Fosh. Owned by Marc Fosh, previously head chef at the Michelin starred Reads Hotel, this place has a real buzz about it!
Marc believes passionately in the mediterranean cuisine and creates a fusion of flavours and colours in all his dishes. Simply Fosh is a stripped down version allowing customers to enjoy his skilled approach to food but at a very realistic price.
Housed in the Refectory of the 17th century Hotel Convent de la Missio in the old town of Palma, the building is as impressive as the cuisine. Its modern interior of black-and-white has the required impact without detracting from the food and the cascading wall of water is a definate talking point.
Get there early if you want to enjoy the sunny terrace. Open every week day it's very popular with the 'city workers'.
Closed Saturday lunch and all day Sunday.
