Fundación La Caixa (Gran Hotel) - See Map

This was one of the frist modernist buildings in Palma and used to house the old Gran Hotel.
It was rescued by the Caixa Bank and is now run as a bookstore, restaurant, coffee house and gallery/museum as well as housing the banks main offices.
Set menu's are available for lunch and are very good value considering the quality of the food, or browse the snacks section for a lighter alternative. The Club Sandwiches are particularly good.
Sit inside in the stylish restuarant or be more relaxed on the terrace watching the world go by.
It's a great place for coffee too!
