Es Trenc Beach - See Map
South - Campos, Mallorca
The beach of es Trenc is one of the most stunning in the Balearic Islands, and is completely natural. 3.5 kilometres long and 59 metres wide, it fine white sand slopes gently down to transparent turquoise waters.
Due to popular demand (and many demonstrations) the council was forced to declare this part of the coast a natural park. This means that today we can still appreciate the beach as it has always been and es Trenc has become one of the most popular unspoilt spots to visit during the summer months.
It is crowded at weekends, especially the area closest to the car park, which is supervised and charged for. On the beach itself, there are several beach bars, rental of beach umbrellas and sunbeds and a first aid post. Nudism is practised on one stretch of the beach.
Es Trenc is backed by a forest of pine trees and a nature reserve and from here you can walk to less known beaches which are much quieter in the high summer season due to the fact you can't drive to them. If there's one beach you must put on your 'to see' list it has to be this one!
